The financing will support Rize’s monthly rent model, which allows tenants to pay monthly while landlords receive rent upfront

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi PropTech Rize announced it has been granted a SAR 187.5 million asset-backed, Shariah-compliant Murabaha facility from Jadwa Investment to finance its rental contract portfolio.

As per the company’s press release, the facility will enable Rize to fund rental contracts while preserving its equity for product development and expanding its partner network. The platform allows tenants to pay rent monthly while landlords receive the full rental amount upfront, with contracts documented through the Ejar platform.

Rize said contract volumes increased more than 24-fold over the past two years, while revenue grew 6.4 times in 2025 and renewal rates exceeded 60%.

Since its launch, the platform has processed rental requests worth more than SAR 5.75 billion. It currently has over 400,000 registered users and works with more than 2,900 real-estate partners across Saudi Arabia.

Commenting on this, Ibrahim Bulaila, Co-Founder and CEO of Rize, said the facility supports the company’s approach of using Shariah-compliant financing to fund portfolio growth while directing equity toward expansion and product development.

Meanwhile, Tariq Al-Sudairy, CEO of Jadwa Investment, said the deal reflects Jadwa’s strategy of providing structured private-credit solutions suited to Saudi scaleups.
