Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Nokia, the global network technology company, announced that Zain KSA, the leading digital services provider in Saudi Arabia, has deployed Nokia Deepfield Cloud Intelligence across its network in over 100 cities in the Kingdom to improve network visibility, service performance, and operational efficiency.

As per a recent press release, the deployment gives Zain KSA greater visibility into how its network is performing and helps its teams identify and address potential issues more quickly. This is expected to support a smoother digital experience for consumers and businesses across the Kingdom, particularly as demand for video streaming, cloud services, AI applications, and other digital services continues to grow.

Nokia said the solution will also help Zain KSA proactively manage services that require high network capacity and fast response times, while supporting better control of network resources and costs.

The platform provides data and insights that can support advanced analytics and AI applications, helping Zain KSA develop an AI-ready network infrastructure in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Commenting on this, Sultan Mohammad Alsabhan, Vice President of Technology Operations at Zain KSA, said the deployment will provide deeper visibility into network traffic and enable more precise optimization of critical applications and services, enhancing the customer experience.
