Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Mohammed AlShaibi, CEO of Tamkeen Technologies, announced that the company has obtained the license of certifications digital authentication in municipalities and education sectors from the Digital Government Authority. This service is set to launch in the coming months.
On the sidelines of the LEAP 2025 Conference, taking place at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre, Malham, AlShaibi highlighted that Tamkeen Technologies is a government-owned company, primarily held by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). The company specializes in building electronic systems for both government and private entities.
AlShaibi emphasized that the company’s expertise extends beyond traditional systems, as it also focuses on developing systems and services based on open-source programs. These programs offer the flexibility to modify and adapt systems to meet customer needs, ensuring greater responsiveness to evolving requirements.
During its participation in the LEAP 2025 conference, Tamkeen Technologies launched two AI-based products. The first is related to conducting a secure, isolated version of ChatGPT for organizational data, ensuring data privacy.
The second product integrates artificial intelligence into customer service centers, enabling the analysis and evaluation of calls made through these centers.
AlShaibi also highlighted the company’s commitment to integrating AI into all its products this year. He added: “We offer an ARP system for human resource management, where artificial intelligence provides a development plan for employees based on performance evaluations.”

The event, featuring participation from 18 countries, is organized by Tahaluf and the Ministry for Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), in partnership with Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, and the Events Investment Fund.
