Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Dubizzle Group, the MENA region’s premier digital marketplace, announced the acquisition of Property Monitor, a top-tier real estate market intelligence platform in the UAE.

The deal reinforces Dubizzle’s growing dominance in real estate classifieds through its flagship platforms Bayut and dubizzle and expands its footprint in the data and analytics space, as per the company’s press release.

Property Monitor is widely recognized for enabling industry stakeholders to make data-driven decisions via its SaaS-based platform PMiQ, as well as through tools like API integrations, automated valuations, and detailed market reports. Its client roster includes many of the UAE’s leading real estate agencies and developers.

Haider Ali Khan, CEO of Dubizzle Group – UAE commented: “We are delighted to welcome Property Monitor to the Dubizzle Group real estate portfolio. As a trusted and respected brand in the UAE, Property Monitor complements our market-leading platforms Bayut and dubizzle. This acquisition unlocks new opportunities to enhance the value that Bayut and dubizzle deliver to real estate agents and developers, while reinforcing Dubizzle Group’s position as a leading destination for real estate classifieds in the UAE.”

Property Monitor currently attracts over 7,700 monthly users—primarily real estate agencies and developers—and posted a revenue CAGR of 55% between 2022 and 2024. The integration of its tools and data into Dubizzle’s ecosystem is expected to provide users with a more comprehensive, insight-driven experience. Dubizzle Group plans to build on Property Monitor’s existing product suite by incorporating demand-side data to further increase client engagement.

The acquisition marks Dubizzle Group’s third strategic buy in the past two years, underscoring its commitment to expanding through targeted M&A activity. In 2024, the Group acquired Egypt-based car marketplace Hatla2ee, followed by Drive Arabia, a regional hub for automotive news, reviews, and comparisons.

With over 47 million monthly visits and 15 million monthly users, Dubizzle Group’s platforms—including dubizzle and Bayut—are established market leaders across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, continuing to shape the online classifieds landscape in the MENA region.
