Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi real estate developer Dar Global announced setting up a regional headquarters in Riyadh to manage its global operations, marking a major step in expanding its presence in the Kingdom.
Ziad El Chaar, the company’s CEO, told Al Arabiya Business that Saudi Arabia is poised to become the world’s most important real estate market over the next decade, making Riyadh the natural choice for its hub. He emphasized that Dar Global, listed on the London Stock Exchange since 2023, is positioning itself at the heart of the Kingdom’s growing property sector.
The company has already launched two projects in Saudi Arabia and continues to expand its international partnerships. El Chaar said the Kingdom’s upcoming foreign ownership law will further enhance opportunities to attract global investors, with Dar Global aiming to play a key role.
The Riyadh headquarters underlines the firm’s long-term commitment to the Saudi market and its ambition to leverage the Kingdom’s transformation into a global destination for real estate investment.
