Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The International Human Resources Company entered new sectors, including technology and aviation, to meet the rising demand for skilled Saudi and foreign talent, particularly in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data science, CEO Ali Al Harbi told Al Arabiya Business.

The company has formed a strategic partnership with Riyadh Air to provide a full suite of services and is also targeting the retail and e-commerce sectors. Al Harbi noted that Saudi Arabia hosts between 4 to 5 million online stores, creating high demand for contact center, recruitment, outsourcing, and training services.

The company, which saw its first-half results grow by 48% driven by its Saudi staffing division, is preparing to move from the Nomu parallel market to the main market on Tadawul, with only liquidity requirements remaining. Revenue growth has also been supported by new consulting and training divisions, alongside existing services in recruitment, executive consulting, technical product sales, and outsourcing.

Al Harbi said the banking and financial sector remains a core focus, representing more than 90% of its outsourcing business, alongside projects for government bodies, Public Investment Fund companies, and private firms.
