Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Investcorp Saudi Arabia Financial Investments Company announced it has expanded its digital investment offering, as it signed a new distribution agreement with Stake, the MENA region’s digital real estate investment platform. The partnership gives investors access to select international property opportunities via Stake’s mobile application.
Under the partnership, Investcorp will make institutional-grade real estate investments available through Stake’s technology-driven platform, allowing individual investors to participate in opportunities traditionally reserved for large institutions, according to a recent press release.
The collaboration combines Investcorp’s global investment expertise and due diligence standards with Stake’s streamlined digital user experience.
The agreement aligns with Investcorp’s broader strategy to build a global digital platform ecosystem. It follows the launch of its proprietary Investcorp Wealth mobile app last year and represents a complementary expansion through a third-party fintech platform, extending the firm’s digital reach to a wider investor base.
All offerings under the partnership are structured in line with the regulatory framework of Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority, supporting broader participation in private investment funds while maintaining investor protection and compliance standards.
Mashaal Al Jomaih, CEO of Investcorp Saudi Arabia, said the agreement reflects Investcorp’s commitment to widening access to private markets through digital innovation and strategic partnerships. Meanwhile, Manar Mahmassani, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Stake, noted that the collaboration supports Stake’s goal of making high-quality, institutional-grade global real estate more accessible to investors.
