Doha – Sharikat Mubasher: The Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC), an initiative of Qatar Foundation, has partnered with local technology company Snoonu Trading and Services L.L.C through a newly signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at accelerating the center’s digital transformation. The agreement seeks to reshape how career development services are accessed and delivered across Qatar’s education and training ecosystem, with a stronger focus on digital reach and user experience, according to a recent press release.
The agreement was signed by Saad Abdulla Al-Kharji, Executive Director of Qatar Career Development Center, and Hamad Mubarak Al Hajri, Founder and CEO of Snoonu. Under the partnership, the two organizations will collaborate on strengthening the digital infrastructure supporting QCDC’s programs, improving accessibility and enabling more efficient, data-driven service delivery for students, parents, educators, and career practitioners.
A key focus of the MoU is expanding the reach of QCDC’s Al-Dileela career counseling program. Leveraging Snoonu’s technology platform, the service will be integrated into the “Snoonu City” section of the Snoonu app, allowing users to discover, book, and attend counseling sessions more seamlessly. Delivered virtually, Al-Dileela offers structured one-to-one sessions with qualified career guidance experts to support young people at critical education and career transition stages.
QCDC indicated that the partnership reflects its commitment to modernizing service delivery and enhancing measurable impact, while Snoonu highlighted the collaboration as part of its broader role in advancing digital solutions for community and education services.
