Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: ADNOC Distribution and Americana Restaurants International PLC announced a strategic partnership to expand dining and convenience offerings across ADNOC Distribution service stations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
Under the agreement, up to 200 quick-service restaurants from Americana Restaurants’ portfolio of 12 global brands will open across ADNOC Distribution’s network, aiming to bring more dining options to customers during travel and mobility stops, according to a recent press release.
The partnership supports ADNOC Distribution’s strategy to strengthen its non-fuel retail business by integrating food and beverage services, EV charging, car care, and lifestyle offerings into its stations and mobility hubs.
Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Americana Restaurants, said the collaboration reflects the company’s ambition to expand its brands across high-traffic consumer locations while enhancing convenience and hospitality experiences across the region.
Meanwhile, Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said the partnership will help create more integrated retail experiences for customers while supporting the company’s long-term non-fuel growth strategy.
The agreement will also support the expansion of “The Hub by ADNOC,” the company’s retail destination concept, which is expected to grow to 30 locations across the UAE by 2030. Americana Restaurants’ brands will be introduced at multiple Hub locations as ADNOC Distribution targets doubling its non-fuel retail transactions by the end of the decade.
