Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: UAE-based proptech and fintech startup Rentify announced it has secured $2 million in seed funding to support the launch of Earn AI, an artificial intelligence platform designed to automate rental revenue management for landlords and property managers.
According to a recent press release, the latest investment brings the company’s total funding to $2.5 million, following a $500,000 pre-seed round completed in 2025. The seed round was backed by a group of real estate and fintech investors.
Founded by Rajneel Kumar and Rashed Hareb, Rentify is expanding beyond rental payment infrastructure into a broader property operations and intelligence platform. Its newly launched Earn AI solution automates key tenancy management processes, including rent collection, tenant onboarding, payment reminders, and lease renewals.
The platform is already being used by five enterprise customers—Gargash Real Estate, New Star Property Management, Arabian Acres Real Estate, Purecare Management, and RSH Holiday Homes Rental—which collectively oversee thousands of residential and commercial units across the UAE.
