Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The global technology leader, Adobe, announced an expanded partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and HUMAIN during LEAP 2026.

Through this partnership, Adobe will provide 27 million eligible Saudi citizens and residents with 12 months of free access to AI-powered creative tools valued at $4 billion starting from the end of 2026, the tech giant revealed in a statement today.

This includes access to Adobe Firefly Standard plus Adobe Express Premium features, including a new image generation model tuned to Saudi culture.

HUMAIN and Adobe will soon launch a jointly developed image model; the first image generation model developed with Adobe Firefly Foundry. The HUMAIN and Adobe image model is designed to generate high-quality imagery informed by the cultural context, visual references, and creative needs of Saudi citizens and creative teams.

To help small businesses in the Kingdom make the most of AI’s creative potential, Adobe will provide eligible startups and early-stage entrepreneurs participating in MCIT’s Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE) and The Garage with one year of free access to select Adobe creative tools, expertise, and training beginning from early 2027.

Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Abdullah Alswaha, said: “By expanding access to world-leading AI-powered creative tools, developing culturally relevant technologies, and equipping our people and entrepreneurs with the skills to create and compete, we are turning AI investment into opportunity at scale. Our partnership with Adobe and HUMAIN reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to empowering talent, accelerating the creative economy and ensuring that the benefits of AI reach every innovator, creator and entrepreneur.”

For his part, Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN, stated that combining Adobe’s creative technology with HUMAIN’s regional intelligence brings greater cultural relevance to image generation.

To further unlock creativity for Arabic speakers worldwide, Adobe announced the availability of Modern Standard Arabic right-to-left language support on Adobe Express desktop, web and iOS globally from today, including support for typography, text editing, UI controls, as well as a special collection of templates tuned to Saudi culture.
