
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Riyadh Holding, the investment and executive arm of the Riyadh Region Municipality, launched Marafid Company to transform economic assets and opportunities in Riyadh into high-quality projects that deliver sustainable economic impact.
As Riyadh Holding's executive arm, Marafid aims to develop economic infrastructure in the city across key sectors, including logistics and mobility, industrial clusters, and the circular economy, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The new company aims to enhance service efficiency and promote sustainable development and quality of life in the capital. Its operations cover multiple projects, including logistics and distribution centers, smart parking facilities, electric vehicle charging stations, recycling clusters, and light industrial zones, thereby improving asset readiness and supporting growth and investment in related sectors.
Salman Aldahmash, chief executive officer of Riyadh Holding, said the launch of Marafid Company represents a strategic move in the company’s journey toward building a more integrated, efficient economic and operational ecosystem.
In turn, Hassan Alomran, CEO of Marafid, affirmed that the company focuses on enhancing asset efficiency, establishing distinctive partnerships, attracting investments, and developing more efficient operational environments in logistics and transportation, industrial and service complexes, and the circular economy, thereby supporting Riyadh’s sustainable growth.
Marafid will leverage digital technologies to manage its projects and assets by developing smart systems that facilitate performance monitoring, improve beneficiary experiences, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
