Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Cityscape Global 2025 opens today in Riyadh, bringing together global real estate leaders under the theme “The Future of Urban Living.”
The four-day exhibition is expected to welcome more than 170,000 visitors, with participation from 550 exhibitors and 470 international speakers, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s rising status as a major real estate investment hub.
This year’s edition comes as the Kingdom rolls out new sector reforms, including the recently approved Updated Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis, which is set to attract significant foreign investment in the coming years.
The event is taking place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, under the auspices of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and in partnership with the Housing Program. It is organized by Tahaluf, a joint venture between SAFCSP, the Events Investment Fund, and Informa.
Key partners include NHC, Diriyah Company, ROSHN Group, New Murabba, Qiddiya, RUA AlHaram AlMakki, and principal partner NEOM. The exhibition also features a PropTech innovation zone, the launch of the SAR375,000 Innovation Challenge, and the world’s first AI Prompt-a-thon for the real estate sector.
Cityscape Global 2025 will showcase over 200 major projects and builds on the success of last year’s edition, which secured more than $5.3 billion in deals.
