
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) announced the launch of the third edition of its Cybersecurity Accelerator, reinforcing efforts to strengthen the Kingdom’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and boost investment in the cybersecurity sector.
The authority said in a press release that the accelerator is designed to help emerging Saudi cybersecurity companies strengthen their capabilities through mentorship and advisory sessions, while gaining exposure to the latest industry trends and promising technologies.
The NCA selected seven local startups to join this cohort of the program following an evaluation process conducted by a panel of cybersecurity experts and investment representatives
The accelerator’s third cohort includes specialized workshops and field visits focused on successful entrepreneurship models, as well as training on modern product marketing strategies and promotional techniques to help startups attract customers and investors. The program is being delivered in collaboration with SITE, the technology arm of the NCA.
The Cybersecurity Accelerator is a key initiative for promoting innovation and developing creative solutions to cybersecurity challenges, while supporting the growth of Saudi Arabia’s cybersecurity market and enhancing its ability to attract local and international investment.
