Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Salla, a leading e-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia, has supported over 60,000 online stores in the Kingdom over the past seven years, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Salah Alkhwlani told Sharikat Mubasher.
Speaking on the sidelines of LEAP 2025, Alkhwlani affirmed Salla’s commitment to enhancing its technology capabilities to redefine and streamline the e-commerce industry for both merchants and clients.
He explained that the platform provides a seamless authentication process, fast checkout services, and instant activation for online stores.
Alkhwlani also highlighted that Salla leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to help merchants analyze consumer behaviors and deliver personalized offerings through Salla Ads.
Furthermore, he affirmed that Salla 4.0, an upgraded dashboard featuring over 120 new updates, enabled Salla to better serve merchants and customers, contributing to the growth of the Saudi e-commerce sector.
Salla 4.0 delivers tools designed to help merchants grow and scale faster and provides simplified and intelligent onboarding for new entrepreneurs. Additionally, the dashboard offers smart solutions for store managers, operations managers, marketing teams, customer support, and developers designed to make managing day-to-day tasks effortless.
LEAP 2025 took place in Riyadh from 9 to 12 February, with the participation of over 1,800 exhibitors, more than 1,000 speakers, and over 680 startups. It brought together global leaders from the public and private sectors, top innovators, and key stakeholders in tech investment.
Under the theme ‘Into New Worlds,’ this four-day event aimed to showcase the latest innovations and facilitate knowledge exchange, expanding business networking and investment opportunities in the tech sector.
