Dubai - Sharikat Mubasher: Byit Capital, a leading property technology (PropTech) platform headquartered in the UAE, secured $1.1 million in a strategic investment from A15, Beltone Holding, and angel investors.
This investment will accelerate Byit Capital’s regional expansion plan, including solidifying operations in the UAE, entering into Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets, and expanding its developer ecosystem across the Middle East, the company announced in a recent statement.
Commenting on this milestone, Antoine Azer, Founder and CEO of Byit Capital, said: “Our goal has always been bigger than building a platform; it is about setting a new standard for how the industry operates. This investment confirms that the market is ready for a fundamentally different kind of brokerage model, one that prioritizes transparency, accountability, and real value for both agents and developers".
With more than 40,000 freelance brokers, Byit rapidly emerged as one of the most disruptive PropTech platforms in the region. Its model offers agents up to 90% of developers’ commissions, access to verified developer inventory, a network of more than 450 partners, and over 1,000 mapped projects.
