Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: SAL Logistics Services announced it has become the first Saudi company in the logistics sector to obtain a triple ISO certification for its integrated Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) management system.
According to a recent press release, this certification combines three internationally recognized standards within a unified governance framework following an external audit conducted according to global benchmarks. The accreditation covers ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and ISO 18788 for security operations management.
SAL said the achievement reflects its commitment to adopting global best practices in safety, sustainability, and security across its operations and logistics facilities throughout the Kingdom. The company added that the milestone was achieved through the efforts of its operational teams and advanced infrastructure capabilities across its main hubs in Saudi Arabia.
The latest certification adds to SAL’s portfolio of international accreditations, which includes ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 22301 for business continuity management, and the IATA ISAGO certification for operational safety and ground handling standards.
The company said the achievement supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program, as Saudi Arabia continues strengthening its position as a global logistics hub connecting three continents.
