Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Najm, the national platform powering motor accident management across Saudi Arabia, forged a strategic partnership with global provider of vehicle lifecycle management and claims solutions, Solera, to accelerate AI-powered claims transformation across the Kingdom.
The partnership represents a significant step in transforming the Saudi motor insurance ecosystem, supporting greater efficiency, scalability, standardization, and an enhanced customer experience across insurers, repair networks, and the broader claims ecosystem, according to the official statement released today.
This collaboration supports Solera’s expansion across the Middle East, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to supporting insurers across the region as they transform claims operations, reduce operating costs, and strengthen regulatory compliance.
Salman Al-Suhaibani, chief business and operations officer at Najm, commented: “Our partnership with Solera represents an important new chapter in that journey. By combining our experience and national reach with Solera’s global technology, data and AI capabilities, we can help create a more connected, intelligent and efficient claims ecosystem while supporting the Kingdom’s broader ambitions under Vision 2030.”
For his part, Fernando Pernigo, regional vice president of Solera, stated that the partnership will enable the company to support insurers as they continue their digital transformation while strengthening its presence across the wider Middle East. “We see significant opportunities to work alongside insurers and ecosystem partners to help build more connected, efficient and customer-centric claims operations."
