Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi artificial intelligence company HUMAIN unveiled details of a new AI-powered PC developed in collaboration with Qualcomm, as the company pushes to advance hybrid AI computing.
Tareq Amin, HUMAIN CEO, said on X.com that the company has been working with Qualcomm on the project for the past 12 months. The new computer is designed to combine a central processing unit (CPU), graphics processing unit (GPU), and neural processing unit (NPU), enabling AI models to run locally rather than relying entirely on cloud computing.
The announcement came as HUMAIN expands its collaboration with Qualcomm across AI computing and infrastructure. The two companies are also working on hybrid AI technologies designed to combine local processing with cloud capabilities, bringing AI closer to end users while improving performance, privacy and efficiency.
