Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi-based AI company MOZN announced expanding its agentic AI solutions with new governed agents for purposes of data analysis and fraud investigation.
As per the company’s press release, the Data Analyst Agent enables business, compliance and operations teams to ask data-backed questions in Arabic or English and receive analysis without relying on technical teams to build reports. It can work across customer, transaction, alert, case and investigation data, helping users move from insights to decisions more quickly.
Meanwhile, the Fraud Investigation Agent analyzes signals across transactions, devices, networks and IP activity, comparing cases with known fraud patterns and historical data to help investigators identify suspicious behavior and prioritize high-risk cases.
MOZN said the agents are grounded in each institution’s data, processes and controls, while keeping humans responsible for consequential decisions. The approach is designed to support regulated sectors including financial services, insurance and the public sector.
Malik Alyousef, Co-founder and Deputy CEO of MOZN, said the company focuses on purpose-built agents that reason over an institution’s own data while keeping decisions with human users.
The expansion gives organizations a governed agent layer to deploy AI across operational and financial crime workflows while maintaining oversight and trust.
