Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, Prince Saud Mishaal, launched the ‘Future Industrialists’ initiative, a qualitative partnership between the non-profit sector and the industrial sector, on the sidelines of the second edition of the Saudi Industry Forum (SIF 2026), a move that expands the initiative’s impact in building a new generation of national industrial talent.

During its participation in SIF 2026, Johnson Controls Arabia highlighted the pivotal role of the Future Industrialists initiative in building industrial human capital and raising future generations' awareness of the sector's promising opportunities, according to the official statement the company released yesterday.

The company showcased one of the Kingdom's most prominent advanced manufacturing models, along with its capabilities in localizing technologies and enhancing local content.

Mohanad AlShaikh, Chief Executive Officer at Johnson Controls, said the Future Industrialists initiative helps the company build industrial human capital, raise awareness of the sector, and connect education with future needs, enabling national talent to contribute effectively to the Kingdom's industrial development journey.

The company’s participation in the forum underscores its pivotal role in supporting Vision 2030’s objectives through an integrated industrial ecosystem that combines manufacturing, innovation, sustainability, and national talent development.

The Future Industrialists initiative is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in partnership with the Ministry of Education and the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon).
