Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Regional architecture and engineering company AJi Group announced the launch of its AJi FM, a dedicated facilities management (FM) arm headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Announced at the Saudi Facility Management Association (SFMA) Conference & Exhibition, the new unit expands AJi Group’s services into the operational phase of the asset lifecycle, offering facilities management solutions aimed at improving asset performance and preserving long-term value.

AJi FM will provide automated financial and operational services while supporting clients across the full lifecycle, from design and construction supervision to project management and operations. The move is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s growing facilities management sector.

On this occasion, Hamzeh Awwad, CEO of AJi Group, said the launch builds on the group’s experience in design, project management, and infrastructure development, allowing it to address operational efficiency and lifecycle costs beyond project completion.

Meanwhile, Yazan Shahwan, Director of AJi Saudi Business Development Group, said AJi FM will provide clients with a single accountable partner across design, construction, and operations.

AJi Group operates 13 offices across MENA, with 1,500 employees serving 25 markets.
