Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS), a Saudi IT services company, announced it has signed an agreement with PIF-owned AI company HUMAIN to expand the scope of its data center design and construction project dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
As per a disclosure on Tadawul, the agreement increases the planned data center capacity from 50 megawatts (MW) to 250 MW, with a total value exceeding 689% of MIS’ total revenue for 2025, including VAT.
MIS said engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works will be carried out through successive work orders issued by HUMAIN under the terms of the agreement.
The company expects the agreement to have a positive financial impact from the date it receives the relevant work orders. MIS will disclose each work order, including its value, execution period, and associated financial impact, upon receipt in line with applicable regulations.
The agreement replaces a contract announced on Tadawul on 5 March 2026. MIS said the replacement does not affect the value, progress, or financial impact of the previous contract, which began contributing positively to its financial results in Q2 2026.
