Ericsson to showcase advanced solutions at LEAP 2026

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Global networking and telecommunications company Ericsson announced its participation in LEAP 2026 for the fifth consecutive year, reinforcing its continued commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s digital future.

With the theme ‘Enter New Horizons,’ Ericsson will present developments in 5G Advanced, AI-powered networks and mission-critical connectivity, according to the official statement released today.

The company will showcase advanced solutions, live technology demonstrations and share insights into how 5G, artificial intelligence (AI), and programmable networks are shaping the next phase of Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation.

By partnering with communication service providers, enterprises, and public sector stakeholders, Ericsson aims to support the development of advanced connectivity that enables new digital services, strengthens industry innovation, and contributes to Saudi Arabia’s long-term digital transformation.

Håkan Cervell, president of Ericsson Saudi Arabia, said: “LEAP provides an important platform for Ericsson to showcase how our innovations are supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation. Through advancements in 5G, AI and programmable networks, we are enabling service providers and enterprises to strengthen digital infrastructure, unlock new opportunities and support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitions and long-term digital future.”

Ericsson’s booth will feature interactive demonstrations and technical sessions highlighting innovations across 5G Advanced, AI, and mission-critical networks. Visitors will explore use cases, including augmented reality experiences, differentiated connectivity, and mission-critical network scenarios. It will provide insight into future networks and how advanced connectivity platforms enable industries to digitalize operations, improve efficiency, and unlock new service opportunities.

LEAP 2026 will take place in Riyadh from 31 August to 3 September, gathering founders, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, gaming, and digital infrastructure.
